PART I: COMPANY PROFILE
In a group, students are to create an architectural practice according to the form of your choice.
The practice needs to have a certain interest or specialty such as heritage buildings, building
conservation, green building, energy efficiency, sustainability, specialist in certain building
type, specialist in certain design style etc. For the company set up and company profile,
students need to propose the following:
• Type of the practice
• Company logo and letterhead
• Mission (to be), Vision (to do) and
Philosophy (what company believes in)
• Resume of directors or principals
• Company staffing and personnel
• Company organisation chart
• Interest or specialty of the practice
• Awards, if any
• Sample of works (to include building
information such as images, description,
client, location, date etc.)
• any other elements deem necessary
