Project 2 : Analysis on D'Latour Condominium
In this project, students were divided into groups of 6 where students are required to choose a residential building not more than 30 m for case study analysis. Upon the study, students are to analyse the current building envelope, site planning as well as the construction methods in order to propose a better option in terms of design or green technologies to enhance the performance of the building.

To investigate and evaluate green building practices using case studies, defined as environmental performances and energy efficient design and construction methods relating to site conditions in terms of material selection and indoor environment, energy usage, which promote the health and well-being of residents and occupant and their impact to our environment based on local green building rating tool criterion.
